Meeting of the NATO Group of National Directors on Codification



In the NATO Support Agency and Procurement NSPA, in the Chaplain, Luxembourg, 109th meeting of the NATO Group of National Directors on Codification was held. The meeting was attended by 75 delegates from 43 members of the NATO codification system, including a two-member delegation from the Republic of Serbia, headed by Colonel Veselin Raicevic, the Director of the Directorate for Standards, Codification and Metrology.

The meeting also discussed important issues on data quality status of codified means, but also on the future development of NATO codification system. Special emphasis has been put on the reports of the budget group, steering group for transformation of NATO TSWG codification system, group for the development of management information system MIS-WG and the report of the Chairperson of the Panel A.

Direct participation in the meeting enabled gaining insight, knowledge and experience in the development of the codification system, modern management, managerial, information systems (management cockpit), logistics information systems, as well as the methods and ways of improving the work of the Serbian National Codification Bureau.
