Final tour of the MoD ensemble "Stanislav Binicki"
The last two concerts as part of the December tour of the Art Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense , " Stanislav Binički " Magnifico and were held in the Slovenian towns of Novo Mesto and Nova Gorica , over the weekend . Tickets for the performances were sold out a month earlier.Visitors crowded into the Cultural Center Janez Trdine in Novo Mesto, and the Great Hall of the Cultural Center of Nova Gorica where they enjoyed the music from the film " Montevideo , Bog te video " , as well as other songs from the new album of the Magnifico band
The audience applauded and sang to songs" Boom Boom " , "Zum zum kolo " , " Piña Colada " , " Srpska posla" , " Pukni zoro ," " Ubicu te ," " I think" ~ and " Halo gospodična " from the beginning to the end of the show. After a call for an encore , "Binički" and Magnifico performed three songs .
Major Mitrovic is delighted with the reaction of the audience in Slovenia and Italy.- After seven concerts held in the tour , I can say that the performances have grown even more popular. The number of people in the audience is increasing , a few concerts were sold out a month earlier . This is very important for the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia which represents in this way. Ensemble performances abroad have the right advertisement for our ministry and Serbia in general , said the conductor of “Binicki" who revealed that the arrival of Slovenian musicians , and promotion of music from the film in Serbia , possible as early as next year .
Magnifico does not hide that he wished just such a reaction from the audience when he planned to tour with " Binički" .
- I know from experience that people feel when I enjoy something . I constantly have confidence in it. Collaboration with the ensemble has been special , and it seems like an experiment . I've never composed and performed by the philharmonic orchestra , nor has it interested me . But they interested me , because they have a special sound , are different, and in combination with my notes something very good comes out of the cooperation . Of course ,we clicked as friends, respect each other and function as a band , Magnifico said , stressing that he was looking forward to performing in front of an audience in Serbia .Musicians have so far played in Maribor , Ljubljana , Murska Sobota , Celje and Trieste.
