Dress rehearsal for the promotion ceremony of SAF officers
In front of the National Assembly a dress rehearsal of the promotion ceremony for youngest Serbian Army officers , tonight in front of the National Assembly was dressed, which was attended by Defence Minister Nebojsa Rodic and Chief of General Staff General Ljubisa Diković .The ceremony starts tomorrow , 14 September at 17.30 and will be attended by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic , the Defence Minister Nebojsa Rodic, Chief of the General Staff General Ljubisa Dikovic , state and military leadership , as well as many guests from home and abroad .
162 male and female cadets from Serbia and four members of the Army of Montenegro . are to be promoted into the first officer rank of second lieutenants. Among the youngest Lieutenants Army of Serbia four of them finished academies abroad : the Air Force Academy in the United States , the Technical Academy and Ground Academy in Greece and in Italy, the Army Academy .Planes and helicopters of the Serbian Air Force will fly over the he ceremonious parade of officers and cadets of the Military Academy, while the Guard will perform exercir, and together with the International Guard Orchestra and Artistic Ensemble of the Ministry of Defence " Stanislav Binički " also featuring in the program.
