Filming of the third season of "Military Academy" soon to begin
On the occasion of the beginning of shooting the third season of the series "Military Academy", press conference has been held in the Gallery of the RTS today.The attendees were addressed by Marko Novakovic, editor of drama and feature domestic and serial program of RTS, Navy Captain Petar Boskovic, Head of Public Relations of the Ministry of Defence, Boban Jevtic, author of the script, Dejan Zecevic, director and actors Tihomir Stanic, Branko Jankovic and Bojan Peric. The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defence, RTS, University of Defence and actors in the series.
In the previous two seasons, 23 episodes were shown that have caused great interest and viewing figures. The series is realized in collaboration with the defence system, RTS and production of "NIRA" company.
According to Novakovic the new season will have 12 episodes for which he hopes will be viewed as the series of previous seasons.
Navy Captain Boskovic pointed out that it is quite expected that two national institutions, RTS and MoD and SAF have good cooperation that lasts for decades.
"Great viewing figures of the series contributed to the growing interest in enrolment on military schools. This is what makes us happy, said the Head of the Public Relations and added that one should "never changed the winning team".The author of the script and the director of the series agreed that the audience expects what is expected, but also the unexpected, as the fate of the main characters change throughout the series. Stanic, Jankovic and Peric expressed their satisfaction with the start of recording the series that is good and educational project.
Filming of the third season starts in May and will be completed in mid-September 2016.
