Handover of certificates for providing games of chance
Today, at the Military Technical Institute, ceremonial handover was held of first certificates of fulfilled informatics characteristics of equipment for providing games of chance with means of electronic communication.MTI Director Colonel Doc. Zoran Rajic, PhD handed certificates to companies Joker Games doo – Betting Shops Meridian and Mozzart. Colonel Rajic thanked the companies and conveyed hope that this was a beginning of a good cooperation.
The Military Technical Institute, as an authorized laboratory, inspects business elements of gambling providers via electronic communication – operative system, applicative software, network and communicational infrastructures, data bases, data on authorized persons and algorithms of random choice of numbers and winnings.
By provisions of the Ministry of Defence, MTI is authorized to conduct tests of met requirements of informatics characteristics of the equipment that gambling providers via electronic communication must have on the territory of Serbia – hardware and software via which players participate in games of chance and which enable data exchange with the server of the Tax Administration – Sector for exchange and foreign currency business and games of chance. Moreover, it inspects and controls technical and functional characteristics of gaming machines and met requirements of technical and functional characteristics of informatics equipment for providing games of chance – betting.
