General Diković with the Outstanding Athletes of the Serbian Armed Forces



Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces General Ljubiša Diković talked today with the members of the Serbian Armed Forces who have achieved notable results at sports competitions in country and abroad.
 
The reception was attended by the representatives of the teams of the Air Force and Air Defence, Special Brigade, Military Police Battalion for Special Purpose “Kobre”, Lieutenant Nevena Jovanović, professional soldier Nataša Ćulafić, civilian Ivana Petrović and a volleyball player Bojana Milenković.
 
Paying compliments to team leaders and outstanding athletes, General Diković assessed that they, by their behaviour and results achieved at numerous competitions and parades, had represented the Serbian Armed Forces and its members with dignity.
 
The athletic team of the Military Police Battalion “Kobre” won the first place in the championship of Serbia in practical shooting.
 
At this year’s marathon held in Novi Sad, in the event of relay marathon race, teams of the Special Brigade and the AF and AD won the second and third place.
