Minister Djordjevic with Belarusian Ambassador
The Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic has received the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Cusev in his farewell visit and thanked him for everything he did for the enhancement of relations between two countries.
Defence cooperation has been significantly improved in the previous period and reached a high level of general and political relations between two countries. Therefore, Minister Djordjevic expressed the expectation that the upward trend in relations and more complete military cooperation would continue, especially in the military technical and military economic field.
Moreover, the Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic informed Ambassador Cusev that during his recent visit to Minsk he had very comprehensive and useful talks with the Defence Minister Lieutenant General Andrei Ravkov, as well as the Chairman of the State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus Sergei Gurulev.
At the end of the meeting Minister Djordjevic thanked once again for the Medal for strengthening military cooperation with Belarus and the Plaque of the Belarusian Ministry of Defence, which were presented to him during his recent visit to this country, which resulted in significantly enhanced bilateral military cooperation.
