The Minister of Defence with NCOs and professional soldiers in Jakovo
The Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic has talked today in the “Major Milan Tepic” barracks to NCOs and professional soldiers from the Command for speedy deployments of Belgrade Brigade and the 2nd Missile Battalion of the 250th Missile Brigade.
As he has previously promised, his intention is to find out through direct talks to NCOs and professional soldiers about potential problems and dilemmas of the Serbian Armed Forces members and to help in solving them whenever possible.
Namely, as Minister Djordjevic emphasized, difficulties are quite often the consequence of the lack of communication, therefore most of them can be solved without great effort or sacrifice if someone timely indicates them. The Minister said that he had made sure of the abovementioned during his visit to the Training Command, Special Brigade and Batajnica airport. He confirmed that he would continue with visits to the Serbian Armed Forces units and direct talks, which are the right way to find out about working conditions and potential dilemmas and problems, which afflict members of the Armed Forces.
During the meeting in the “Major Milan Tepic” barracks, Mr. Djordjevic informed NCOs and professional soldiers of the plans for the improvement of the material status of members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, as well as the set of measures, which would additionally improve the status of the employees in the defence system.
