Generals Dikovic and Zivak visited Major Pantic
Chief the General Staff general Ljubisa Dikovic and Major General Ranko Zivak commander of the air force and air defence visited today pilot Major Ivan Pantic at the MMA where they informed themselves on his health condition.On that occasion Lt Col Srdjan Starcevic MD said that the condition of Major Ivan Pantic was stable and that his vital conditions were stable.
The pilot has sustained injuries common and expected in situations when a pilot has to eject himself from the plane. The process of detailed examination of his health condition is under way as dr Starcevic said. He stressed that major Pantic wil surely return to his flight duties in his aviation unit after recuperation.Generals Dikovic and Zivak also visited the family of pilot Pantic.
Orao J 22 flown by major Ivan Pantic crashed yesterday in the vicinity of the village of Mrcajevci around 12:30 during a test flight. Pilot Ivan Pantic of the 98th aviation brigade from Kraljevo on that occasion ejected himself from the plane.
