Humanitarian campaign at Batajnica airport
Humanitarian action of giving New Year presents for children from socially disadvantaged families and children with disabilities, was traditionally organized at the airport Batajnica together with the 204th Aviation Brigade of the Army of Serbia , the Foundation "Smile as a gift " and Association " Winner ". The children gathered at " Batajnica " were welcomed by a surprise , because Santa Claus and the Good Fairy , who arrived at the airport by aircraft of the Army of Serbia gave them gifts .- We are proud that the campaign has become a tradition. We have been gathering for three years now, and with members of our unit, as well as the actors of television films and series "Military Academy " supported by Stara Pazova , we want to make the holidays even nicer for children- said the commander of the 204th Aviation Brigade , Brigadier General Predrag Bandic, noting that this kind of help at the same time is a good way to promote military profession.
This year some 100 gifts have been divided , according to a representative of the Foundation "Smile as a gift" , a smile on children’s faces is already a huge success.
