Prvi partizan marks 85 years of work
The Uzice factory "Prvi partizan " celebrated today the 85th anniversary with the grand opening of a new production hall and the beginning of the construction of another production facility. The ceremony was attended by Chief of General Ljubisa Diković , State Secretary Zoran Djordjevic , representatives of domestic and foreign companies with which " Prvi partizan" cooperate and numerous guests.The contract signed on this occasion by the director of "Prvi partizan " Dobrosav Andric with the representative of the American company " ~ TR & Z ~" is of particular importance as it provides a five-year business plan for collaboration and placing 150 million USD worth of ammunition produced by Prvi partizan " on the North American Also, in Uzice factory an agreement was concluded with the Belgian company " FN Herstal " on exports within the next two years, worth 15 million euros.
The modernization of Prvi partizan includes the modernization of companies with the help of the state, open a new manufacturing facility , primarily due to the relocation of production from underground in secure facilities over the country .Today, the factory opened a new modern facility for the production of ammo shells, at an area of about 3,500 square meters. Even the foundation was laid for the construction of a new production of cases, at about 10,000 square meters while the renovation of facilities for making tools and machines covering 6,000 square feet has also been announced.
