General Bjelica visits units in Valjevo and Sabac



Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces Major General Milan Bjelica visited the units of the Army Training Command in garrisons in Valjevo and Sabac.

The tour began at the Valjevo barracks "Voivode Zivojin Misic" where General Bjelica was welcomed by Training Command Commander Brigadier General Dusan Stojanovic and Deputy Commander of the Army Brigadier General Vojin Jondi?.

At the beginning of the tour, the team of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff in control of the units deployed in the barracks – 2nd Training Centre, 22nd Infantry Battalion and 24th Battalion of self-propelled multi-barrelled rocket launchers reported to General Bjelica on the state found in the controlled elements.

After that, Deputy Chief of the General Staff met with the members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces from the Valjevo garrison in briefed them on the current situation in the Armed Forces and the main tasks for the next period.

During their visit, general Bjelica visited the First pontoon battalion of the River Flotilla in the "Cer heroes" barracks in Sabac.

After briefing of the team of the General Staff, General Bjelica reviewed the conditions in which Sabac pontoneers perform their regular tasks and talked with the members of the garrison.
