Minister Vucic talks with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Serbia
Defence Minister Aleksandar Vucic had talks with the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait Fawzi Abdulaziz Ahmad Al-Jasem stressed that Serbia considers Kuwait a friendly country and is interested in improving all aspects of cooperation, particularly in the areas of defence, such as the military economic, military educational and military medical cooperation.Ambassador Al-Jasem stated that his country has a long tradition of friendly relations with Serbia, both at the political level as well as in all other fields, that have never stopped. He stressed that Kuwait's interest, besides defence, is to work together to promote economic and sports cooperation.
During the talks, particular attention was paid to potential Kuwaiti investments in infrastructure projects in Serbia. Both sides agreed that there is a great potential for investment and Serbia and it was agreed that Serbia defines specific projects for which it is interested, and the Kuwaiti side would approve the loans for their building under favorable terms.
