Minister Sutanovac visited the 56th International Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements
Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac together with his associates visited the 56th International Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements where "Krusik" Holding Corporation from Valjevo was the representative of the military industry. The host of "Krusik" stand, CEO Jovan Davidovic presented to the minister of defence the exhibited products from the factory’s civilian production program.Assistant Minister for Material Resources Ilija Pilipovic said that the defence industry was currently investing 25 million euros.
- Through the defence industry the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces attach the great importance to the reindustrialization of their capacity and industry in general, said Pilipovic.
The rest of the visit was spent touring the fair stands which were presenting innovations in various fields of technology.
The Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements is the oldest event of the Belgrade Fair and the most important event of its kind in the country and the region directly promoting the potential and interest in the field of technology.This year's fair attracted 500 exhibitors from 23 countries. Half of the exhibitors were foreign companies from Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Holland, Germany, Turkey, and for the first time the exhibitors from Taiwan, People's Republic of China.
