The special units sub-echelon is composed of multi-purpose high-cross-country vehicles HAMMER, armoured combat vehicles MILOS wheeled and all-terrain vehicles POLARIS SPORTSMAN 1000 four-wheeled.
HMMWV M1151 HAMMER

HMMWV M1151 HAMMER is a multi-purpose all-terrain vehicle with high cross-country ability. It belongs to the category of modern armored vehicles intended for performing a wide range of missions within the scope of the armed forces. Its main purpose is to support and protect convoys and motorized patrols. The vehicle can be used for: patrol missions, reconnaissance missions, transportation and support of special operations units, anti-guerrilla and anti-terrorist combat, anti-tank combat, border control, territory control, as a medical and command vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with ballistically protected observation windows, an air conditioning system, modern communication equipment, a command and information system. The vehicle is armed with a high-firepower NSV 12.7 mm machine gun, and if necessary, it can be armed with other weapons in accordance with the tasks. It is powered by a 6.5-liter turbocharged, water-cooled diesel engine with 190 hp (142 kW) and develops a top speed of up to 88 km/h.
MPAV „MILOS“ 4x4

The 4x4 Multi-Purpose Armoured Vehicle "MILOS" is domestically produced and is intended for performing patrol tasks, conducting special operations, and can be used as a command, reconnaissance or anti-tank vehicle. The crew consists of eight soldiers. It is armed with a remotely controlled combat station capable of operating day and night with a 12.7 mm machine gun, and can be equipped with other weapons if necessary. It is powered by a 220 kW diesel engine, and develops a maximum speed of up to 110 km/h.
QUAD 4x4 - POLARIS SPORTSMAN 1000

QUAD 4x4 - POLARIS SPORTSMAN 1000 is an off-road vehicle - a four-wheeler, intended for patrol activities, transportation of sniper pairs, pursuits, as well as tasks that require quick maneuvers of units in order to achieve the surprise factor and gain an advantage over the enemy. It can also be used in rescue operations. The four-wheeler equipped with tracks reduces ground pressure and facilitates the movement of the vehicle on snowy terrain. It is powered by a 65 kW diesel engine and develops a maximum speed of up to 82 km/h.
