Signal Brigade Sub-Echelon



The Signal Brigade is tasked with telecommunications and information security in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.

The Signal Brigade consists of the command, a company command, and four signal battalions.

The command of the Signal Brigade is located in Belgrade, and the unit's day is celebrated on September 20 in memory of September 20, 1916, when Crown Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević approved the "Military Telegraph Regulation," which regulated the organization of communication from the Supreme Command down the chain of command and established telegraph, troop telephone, and signalling departments.

The Signal Brigade is equipped with modern telecommunications and information technology.

The sub-echelon is commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Miloš Kolundžić.

The flag of the brigade is carried by Captain Lazar Urošević.

Members of the sub-echelon of the Signal Brigade are armed with AP 7.62 mm M-70 DMU assault rifles with reflex sights (RS-C) and 9 mm EZ 9 pistols of domestic production.
