Regular Training of Teams from 72nd Special Operations Brigade
In line with the unit purpose, members of 72nd Special Operations Brigade regularly conduct a complex training to execute tasks that support the conduct of special operations of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The training is performed in the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia, often in collaboration with helicopter units of the Air Force and Air Defence, so that these forces are fully capable of executing tasks and operations that include vertical manoeuvres as well.
This week, unit combat teams have landed on several locations where they performed tactical and firing tasks overcoming vertical obstacles on land. They practised insertion, special reconnaissance and the execution of diversions and anti-terrorist actions in extreme weather and terrain conditions.
During the execution of demanding field activities, the members of the unit have proved the supreme level of psycho-physical, firing and tactical capability, strong will, steadfast morale and resolve to be the striking force of the Serbian Armed Forces in service of the preservation of peace and freedom.
