Minister Vučević: Serbian Armed Forces successfully carry out all tasks assigned to them by state
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević has continued his visit to the deployed troops by visiting the Serbian Armed Forces units that are on high alert.
On that occasion, Minister Vučević saw firsthand that the spirit, motivation and resolution of SAF members were at a high level.- Under orders from the President of the Republic as supreme commander, together with the generals and commanders of the Serbian Armed Forces and the commanders of Gendarmerie and the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit of the Ministry of the Interior, I have visited the positions our troops have moved into. I have seen firsthand that the spirit, motivation and resolution of members of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior are at a high level. They have plenty of positive patriotic spirit, while expecting to keep the peace and stability, making sure that our capability and determination to protect the sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia and all its citizens does not diminish – said Minister Vučević.
According to Minister Vučević, the most important thing for the citizens of Serbia is that the members of the Serbian Armed Forces are ready to carry out all their tasks.- The Serbian Armed Forces and members of the Ministry of the Interior are successfully carrying out all the tasks assigned to them by the state, and we, politicians, must do everything in our power to find a peaceful political solution. If that does not happen, the state of Serbia will protect all its citizens in every possible way - concluded the Minister of Defence.
During the visit, unit commanders informed the Minister of Defence that the members of the Serbian Armed Forces were ready to carry out all the tasks assigned to them by the state.
