Sergeant Major Course participants pay study visit to General Staff
The Sergeant Major Course participants, who are training for the highest NCO duties in support of the command, paid a study visit to the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff today.
The visit, which was part of the subject "Command and Control" aimed to familiarize the course participants with the duties and responsibilities the Sergeant Major of the Serbian Armed Forces and Staff NCOs in strategic commands, and with the organization and functioning of the defence system's Operational Centre.
The Sergeant Major Course is the highest level of NCO career training program. The best and most experienced officers who have proven themselves through hard work, commitment and remarkable leadership skills are entitled to this course. The 12-week course covers the areas such as command and control, training management, resource management, communication skills, military psychology, law and regulations, English language and physical training.
