Expert discussions on Human Resource Management
The talks, held in the framework of bilateral military cooperation plan for 2010, were organized to introduce the system of human resource management of the US Armed Forces. Thematically, the talks were set to cover the area of recruitment and development of personnel, system of appointments and career management, normative planning of military service, promotions and career change.
- Our interest in the human resource management system of the US Armed Forces is primarily focused on acquiring the knowledge about such a developed system that we could apply to improve our system. Our interest is raised by the fact that lately we obtain the personnel profiled by training in the US military education institutions, whose career needs to be appropriately - General ?or?evi? said.
- We are here to exchange the ideas. We have an example of how we manage human resources in very large forces. Some of our experiences can be applied also in smaller armed forces, such as those in the field of NCO corps – the guest from the USA said.
