Soldiers serving in 72nd Special Operations Brigade undergo training
Specialized training for soldiers performing their military service in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade as of March 2022 is underway at "Rastko Nemanjić" Barracks in Pančevo and SAF training grounds.
Soldiers serving in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade have been training in counter-terrorism since mid-April. Previously, they successfully completed their individual training at Training Command Centres. The soldiers are trained in MP and Special Forces' tactics, they improve their physical fitness and have firing practices using different kinds of weapons so as to become fully prepared for successful execution of counter-terrorism operations. The training focuses on carrying out combat operations in urban environment and direct combat in enclosed spaces.
Soldiers doing their military service in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade show that they are highly motivated and committed to training activities, and willing to join the unit as professionals. After successfully completing their selective training, the best ones among them will be able to start their career as professional SAF soldiers and serve in this elite brigade.
