Minister Stefanović on set of “Soldier for a Day“

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, has attended the filming of the “Soldier for a Day“ project at the Ravnjak training ground in Kruševac. This time, the actor and choreographer Milan Gromilić was in the role of a soldier. This champion of the Terazije Theatre has spent a day with the 246th CBRN Battalion, where he got acquainted with this unit's tasks and training.
- Although Milan has spent only a day with us, he is always welcome here. He would have made a better soldier if he did not have a beard, but we let it pass. Thank you for having been a part of us today - wrote Minister Stefanović (@nebojsastefanovic) on his Instagram account.
The goal of the "Soldier for a Day" project, involving public figures who spend a day as soldiers in one of the Serbian Armed Forces units, is to popularize the military profession. So far, episodes featuring singer Milica Todorović in the River Flotilla, the band “Hurricane" at the Guard, water polo player Filip Filipović at the 2nd Training Centre in Valjevo and violinist Stefan Milenković at the 63rd Parachute Brigade, have been filmed.
Head of the Defence Minister’s Office, Colonel Stevan Kotarlić, and the Commander of the 246th CBRN Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Filipović have also been on set today.
