Awards Presented to Winners of Third Cycle of Military History Quiz
Today, Rector of the University of Defence Lieutenant General Goran Radovanović PhD conferred on behalf of the minister of defence gift vouchers for seven-day stay in the vacation and recreation facilities of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces to the winners of the third cycle of the military history quiz “ALL QUIZ”, Ana Gajić and Second Lieutenant Tijana Stanojković.
The handover ceremony was attended by quiz creators Slobodan Đukić PhD from the Military Academy and Colonel Dalibor Denda PhD from the Strategic Research Institute who took the opportunity to congratulate the participants on their achieved success.
The winners of the third cycle, Ana Gajić from Požarevac answered correctly 14 out of 15 questions in 44 seconds and won the seven-day stay in the facilities of the Military Establishment “Tara”. The second placed Second Lieutenant Tijana Stanojković andwered the same number of questions, in a minute and 33 seconds and for that she was rewarded by the stay in the Military Establishment Morović.
Ana Gajić stated that she inherited the love for history from her father and that she is has been cherishing that interest to the present. Tijana Stanojković noted that the questions had been diverse and that she particularly liked the fact that there had been some questions that one could learn from.
Be reminded that anyone wishing to participate in the quiz can do so at the official Internet site www.mod.gov.rs and Facebook page of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
Competition cycles are to be organised every first Saturday in a month until the end of 2022, and the next opportunity for the lovers of military history to show their knowledge and win valuable rewards is going to be on 7th May.
