Minister Vulin: Military Police always ready to protect our country, our way of life and constitutional order

Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin visited today members of the Army’s 5th Military Police Battalion and the 25th Military Police Battalion of the Guard.

Commander of the 5th Military Police Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Petrić, presented Minister Vulin with a collage of photographs taken during Minister's visits to the Military Police Units, as a sign of gratitude for everything he has done for those units in the previous period.
After the visit, Minister Vulin pointed out that the military police is an important part of our armed forces.

- We have invested a lot in the development of the military police, in improving the financial status of all our members, but also in providing them with everything they need for work. Members of the military police got uniforms that they designed themselves. They got vehicles that they requested, weapons and equipment that are perfectly adequate for their tasks – Minister Vulin emphasized.

The Minister of Defence concluded that the military police is always there for its people, and there was never a crisis situation in which the military police was not ready to protect our country, our way of life and constitutional order.
During the visit, the Minister of Defence was shown a part of the military police training, as well as the tactical and technical display of materiel of the Army’s 5th Military Police Battalion and the 25th Military Police Battalion of the Guard.

The units were also visited by the Head of the Military Police Department, Brigadier General Rajko Milovanović.
