Minister Vulin: I want to hope that justice will come

“Although the arrest of Atif Dudaković was late, it is an opportunity to tell the truth about the atrocities of the 5th Corps and to start talking about how much Serbs were victims in the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I hope that justice will finally come and that this will be an example or at least the possibility for Serbs to start believing in justice”, Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said during his visit to TRZ Čačak, responding to a journalist's question commenting on yesterday's arrest of the commander-in-chief of the 5th Corps of the so called Army of BiH Atif Dudaković.

“We have a very bad experience with the acquital of Naser Orić and when we think about it, we cannot be too optimistic, but we can hope. Just as we cannot forget that it has been two years since the attempt of the murder of Aleksandar Vučić in Srebrenica and we still do not have a single name.

Unfortunately, it does not give us a lot of reason to be optimistic, but this late arrest is an opportunity to finally change the attitude towards the Serbian victims, to finally hear the truth that those who killed, burned, raped, those who did horrible atrocities over our people are finally punished. I want to hope and I want to believe that justice will finally come”, Minister Vulin said.
