During the visit to both posts he was interested in the accommodation conditions and confirmed that one of the priorities of the Ministry of Defence management is to provide the optimum conditions for stay of members of the Armed Forces and Police.

“No matter how devoted they are to perform entrusted tasks successfully, it is clear that they lack technical means, which is the problem we will talk about with European partners, especially with the countries that are vitally interested in relieving the migrant crisis”, Neric said adding that the task of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces is to improve the conditions in which members of the Joint Force work, mainly at the posts, which have been long unused, and during the migrant crisis have gained importance.

Talking about the problems in the field, the Commander of the Joint Military and Police Force Brigadier General Dejan Jankovic paid a special emphasis to the lack of a larger number of optoelectronic devices and cross-country vehicles.
