Defence Minister talked to members of the Training Command
Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic talked today in “Topcider” barracks to NCOs and professional soldiers from the commands and units of the Training Command. On that occasion, the Minister emphasized that it was his wish to make direct contact with people because, as a leader, it is necessary to be acquainted with the state in the system and potential problems.
“Sometimes problems arise as a result of the lack of communication, and all of us individually are a part of the system and everyone should do something so that all people would feel better”, the Minister stressed.
At the meeting, Djordjevic informed NCOs and professional soldiers from the Training Command about the plans for the improvement of the material status of the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed forces and put a special emphasis on the working conditions and problems, which they encounter.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister said that he was content with the talks, which he regards as mutually beneficial and announced that this manner of opinion exchange will become practice, and that he will visit the Training Command again for six months.
