The Minister of Defence Visited the Injured at the MMA
The Minister of Defence, Zoran Đorđević visited ten members of the Ministry of Defence and fireman of the Sector for Emergencies of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia, who are being treated at the Military Medical Academy for the injuries sustained during the explosion in the Technical Overhaul Facility in Kragujevac.
The Acting Head of the Military Medical Academy, Colonel Prof Miroslav Vukosavlјević together with on duty medical staff, informed Minister Đorđević that the injured were being recovering and that all necessary measures had been taken for quick and successful conclusion of their hospital treatment.
During the visit, Minister Đorđević made sure that the Master Sergeant Miloš Novaković, injured in the traffic accident near Vladičin Han and hospitalised in Intensive Care Ward, was successfully recovering from the injuries he had received.
The Minister of Defence also visited a member of Executive Board of the European Athletics Federation, Luciano Barra who was hospitalised at the Neurology Clinic after suffering injuries from the fall during the European Athletics Championship held in Belgrade. Luciano Barra thanked the Minister for the wishes for swift recovery and thanked the doctors of the MMA for the efficiently provided medical assistance.
While visiting the patients in the Intensive Care Ward, NET, neurosurgery and surgery clinics, Minister Đorđević also visited the student from Prizren who is studying medicine in Priština and presented her with a book, wishing her to become a good and dedicated doctor as soon as possible. As the matter of fact, the Minister met this student during his earlier visits to the Intensive Care Ward.
