Meeting with Representatives of the Association of Pensioners of Serbia
Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin met today in Belgrade the newly elected President of Association of Pensioners of Serbia Prof Andrija Savić.
At the meeting they discussed current issues in the field of standard of all pensioners in Serbia, with particular stress on military pensioners.
Minister Vulin welcomed the good relations among pensioners’ societies in the framework of the Association of Pensioners of Serbia which represents the most numerous organisation of pensioners in the territory of our state. He added that the Society of Military Pensioners was one of important organiser of activities of that Association and that the Ministry of Defence would always be open for further cooperation.
The President of the Association together with his associates informed the minister of defence about the latest positions of the pensioner population regarding their future statues issues and underlined that they would always participate in the process of passing regulations and decisions significant for the pensioners of Serbia.
