- “Milan Blagojević” has one special task, which is to chiefly take care of the capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces, since it exists so that the Serbian Armed Forces are armed, ready and sure to defend its freedom. In keeping with the guidelines of President Vučić and in line with the policy which he as the President of the Government pursued, the Ministry of Defence will continue cooperating with “Milan Blagojević” and continue investing in “Milan Blagojević” and Serbian defence industry – Minister Vulin stated.

As the minister points out, Serbian Defence Industry is a strategic orientation, a strategic branch that is highly important for the armed forces and the entire state.

- It is very important for the armed forces that we are capable to equip and arm ourselves from such companies at far lower prices that it would be possible on the world market thus keeping up with other militaries of the world without having to burden the state budget to such a great measure. It is also important for our people, and it is important for our entire country.
The minister reiterated that investments in defence industry and “Milan Blagojević” will continue, at which the minister pointed out the political stability as a precondition necessary for every economic success, because by “preserving political stability, and by preserving security and peace of this country, we can develop and we can make progress” Minister Vulin sent the word.

Briefly presenting the obstacles and challenges faced by the company “Milan Blagojević - Namenska” over the last 70 years of business, Director General Radoš Milovanović especially underscored what it was that at present made the company proud.

- The last 10 years passed in an incessant struggle to advance technology, enhance the working conditions and raise the quality of the products, to survive and appear in new markets. Today we are proud because through self-sacrificing, day and night work, we have manage to make the Serbian gun powder a world brand. In a strong and harsh competition we appeared in the markets on five continents. We export to more than 30 countries of the world. At the same time, we manage to satisfy all the needs of the Serbian Armed Forces. Our primary task is to create energy which drives the entire industry of arms and military equipment of our country.
