Telegram of condolences to the Bulgarian Minister of Defence
On the occasion of the tragic death of two pilots during the fall of the helicopter in the air base near Plovdiv, Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, sent a telegram of condolences to the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria Krasimir Karakachanov. The telegram reads:
“The terrible accident and the death of the two pilots in the helicopter crash at the Air Base near Plovdiv, has yet again showed that the military profession and execution of tasks in defence system, apart from specific difficulty and danger, often entail facing grave and painful situations and moments.
I take this opportunity to personally and on behalf of the members of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, extend heartfelt condolences at this tragic event.
The members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces share your grief over this irreplaceable loss.
Please convey our sympathies and condolences to the families of the perished and our wishes for quick recovery to the injured crew member.”
