Special forces candidates who responded to this June’s recruitment call for the 72nd Special Operations Brigade are currently undergoing the unit's selective training process to become professional soldiers in this SAF unit.
Having previously completed basic military and arms training, the candidates are now undergoing selective training designed to pick the best disciplined, highly motivated, physically fit and mentally resilient candidates with strong moral character, capable of handling the training process and fully integrating into the brigade’s living and working style.During the ten-week selection process, which includes multiple elimination phases, the candidates undergo a specific training programme designed to test their physical endurance, mental resilience and military skills. The curriculum covers tactical and firearms training, physical conditioning, and specialised military training.
Today, the Chief of the General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, inspected the selective training in Valjevo. He verified that all training activities are being conducted according to plan and that the candidates are highly motivated to achieve the set standards.During the inspection, the Chief of the General Staff called on all young men and women aspiring to serve their country in special operations units, to apply for the upcoming special operations recruitment cycle.
