New recruits successfully complete first skills assessment

An assessment of basic individual skills was conducted at the Serbian Armed Forces training centres in Sombor, Valjevo, and Leskovac for soldiers who began their voluntary military service in September.
The assessment tested the soldiers’ ability to carry out tactical actions and battlefield procedures independently, handle weapons and military equipment, and perform internal service and guard duties.

During the assessment, the soldiers carried out tactical tasks using the knowledge and skills they acquired during their six-week training. The results indicate that they have reached the required training standards, confirming that this period of military service within the Training Command centres was well-planned and effectively executed.
The newly recruited soldiers will now be transferred to specialist training centres, where they will receive training in the use of combat assets and military equipment specific to their branch or service, in preparation for the final phase of their military service, collective training in Serbian Armed Forces units.

Those interested in joining professional military service may apply now so that they can complete the required procedures on time, meeting the requirements to join the ranks of the Serbian Armed Forces immediately upon finishing their military service.
