Minister Gašić presents decree on appointment to new position within Serbian Armed Forces General Staff



Today, Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić presented Brigadier General Vladan Milosavljević with an official decree issued by the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, appointing him to a new position. The ceremony was attended by the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović.
By presidential decree, Brigadier General Vladan Milosavljević has been appointed as Head of the Operations Department (J-3) of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff.

Congratulating Brigadier General Milosavljević on his appointment, Minister Gašić said that his appointment to a new position within the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was a recognition of his dedicated service, expertise, and professionalism, as well as a sign of trust in his ability to carry out assigned tasks with commitment. He noted that the position of Head of the Operations Department carries significant responsibility and expressed confidence that, through his knowledge and experience, Brigadier General Milosavljević would contribute to further strengthening the operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Brigadier General Vladan Milosavljević was born on July 27, 1972, in Raška. His professional military career started in 1995. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1995, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2012, and the General Staff Course in 2017. Until now, he served as Deputy Army Commander.
