Chief of General Staff visiting units in Kraljevo
The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, visited units of the Second Army Brigade stationed at the Ribnica barracks in Kraljevo today, accompanied by his staff.
During the tour, he gained first-hand insight into the unit’s condition and capabilities, the organization of daily life and work, and the progress of key tasks in the first quarter of this year. He also observed soldier training in the use of reconnaissance and combat drones, and subsequently toured refurbished facilities that will accommodate recruits once compulsory military service is reinstated.In conversation with officers and soldiers, the Chief of the General Staff expressed satisfaction with the Second Army Brigade’s newly developed capabilities, noting that procurement of modern weapons and military equipment will continue in the period ahead, the acquisition of, as well as activities aimed at improving living and working conditions for members of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The Chief of the General Staff was accompanied by the Army Commander, Major General Zoran Nasković, Head of the Logistics Department (J-4), Major General Saša Petrović, Head of the Human Resources Department (J-1), Brigadier General Slađan Hristov, Head of the Development and Equipment Department (J-5), Brigadier General Stanisav Mijailović, and the Chief of Staff to the Chief of the General Staff, Colonel Boris Stojković.
