Serbian Armed Forces tank crews are conducting tactical drills at the Rujnik training ground near Niš, focusing on defensive and offensive operations using T-72 MS tanks.
The drills are part of an intensive training cycle that lasts several months. At the end of this period, we will conduct a tactical live-fire exercise, where the proficiency of tank platoon crews and the company as a whole will be assessed - said Captain Pešić, who has served in the T-72M Tank Battalion since its formation.Sergeant Mihajilo Dinić, a T-72MS tank gunner, says he has chosen this unit because he loves his vocation, the Serbian Armed Forces, and the Republic of Serbia.
— During this training, we acquire knowledge and skills needed to operate tanks effectively on today’s battlefield, where modern anti-tank weapons are used.
