Minister Gašić visits Milan Blagojević-Namenska company
Today, Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić visited Milan Blagojević-Namenska AD, defence company based in Lučani, where he spoke with the company management and General Director Predrag Ilić about the company’s current operations and its significance for the defence system.
The meeting also discussed potential ways to improve the company’s performance, as well as working conditions for employees.The Minister of Defence said that the defence industry is very important for our national security, but also for Serbia’s overall economic growth.
- The state will continue to support companies like this by investing in the modernization of production, strengthening export potential, and improving working conditions for employees, because it is the people working in the defence industry that represent one of its most valuable resources – Minister Gašić said, adding that Milan Blagojević- Namenska is one of the pillars of our domestic defence industry and an example of a successful business.Today’s meeting was attended by the Acting Assistant Minister for Material Resources, Nenad Miloradović, and the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Defence, Colonel Nikola Matović.
