Bilateral Defence Consultations with Republic of Azerbaijan
A delegation from the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia visited Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, to hold bilateral defence consultations.
During the consultations, the two delegations reviewed the current scope of bilateral military cooperation and explored opportunities for its further advancement. The participants exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and discussed prospects for deepening defence cooperation in the period ahead.Both sides expressed satisfaction with the successful implementation of activities under the 2025 Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan.
During the meeting, the two sides signed the 2026 Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan, which forms a basis for further development and strengthening of defence relations between Serbia and Azerbaijan.
