Minister Vučević meets with outgoing Slovak ambassador Rosocha

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević met with the outgoing Ambassador of the Slovak Republic, Fedor Rosocha, today.
Minister Vučević thanked Ambassador Rosocha for his efforts to improve overall bilateral relations and pointed out the results the latter had achieved during his time in the Republic of Serbia. Serbia appreciates Slovakia’s principled stance against the recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of the so-called Kosovo, the minister emphasized.
Minister Vučević emphasized the determination to further improve and intensify overall bilateral relations and defence cooperation with Slovakia in the coming period. It is of great importance for the strengthening of the defence cooperation to ensure a continuation of high-level meetings and to agree and sign the Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan 2024, Minister Vučević emphasized.    

At the end of the meeting, Minister Vučević wished Ambassador Rosocha much success in his professional endeavours.
Ambassador Rosocha confirmed that the traditionally good relationship between the two countries was a solid basis for further development of overall bilateral cooperation. He expressed his belief that the bilateral relations between the two countries would continue to develop, in accordance with mutual interests.
