Visit from delegation of Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences
A three-member delegation from the Institute of Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, led by Major-General Retired Nikolay Dmitrievich Plotnikov, Head of the Scientific-Analytical Information of the Institute, paid a visit to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, yesterday.
The representatives of the Institute met Mr Milan Mojsilović, Assistant Minister for Defence Policy, who expressed satisfaction with the establishment of cooperation with the Institute of Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.The representatives of the Institute also visited the University of Defence, where they had a meeting with Major General Mladen Vuruna, the rector, and Jovanka Šaranović, PhD, Director of the Strategic Research Institute.
During the visit, representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Institute of Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences discussed the current projects and activities of scientific and educational institutions, as well as the possibilities of joint cooperation.
