Visit from a Delegation of the State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus




The Minister of Defence, Zoran Đorđević met today with a delegation of the State Military Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian defence industry companies, headed by the First Deputy of the President of the State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus, Igor Mikhailovich Demidenko.
 
Đorđević and Demidenko talked about the enhancement of military technical cooperation between the two countries. The Minister of Defence expressed his positive impressions after the recent visit to Belarus and the participation in Arms and Military Equipment Fair “MILEX 2017” in Minsk. Đorđević pointed out that the Ministry of Defence was oriented towards further intensification of the cooperation and the overall economic cooperation between Serbia and Belarus.
 
The visit from the high delegation of the Republic of Belarus and its economic subjects represents a continuation of conducted intensive bilateral activities of military technical cooperation, regarding common projects in the field of research, development and production of arms and military equipment.
