“Balkan Friendship Jump 2017” opened
The event “Balkan Friendship Jump 2017” was opened today at the sports airport “Lisiciji jarak” in Belgrade.
The event was organized by the Veteran Parachute Club of the 63rd Parachute Brigade “Arhistratig” and the Aeronautical Union of Serbia with the support of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry for Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs and parachute clubs “Fenix” and “Silver Dragon”..jpg)
Opening “Balkan Friendship Jump 2017” the Minister for Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Aleksandar Vulin said that today people who “primarily love and appreciate freedom” gathered.More than a hundred parachutists from 14 foreign countries have gathered at the event established in the cooperation of the Greek Union of Reserve Parachutists and the 63rd Parachute Brigade.
Yesterday the Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic received the delegation of “Balkan Friendship Jump 2017” participants and expressed his support to this activity having in mind that due to his trip to Belarus he could not attend the opening.“Balkan Friendship Jump” has been held since 1993.
