Best wishes by the defence minister on the occasion of the Medical Corps Day



I extend to all members of the medical corps my sincere congratulations on the occasion of 30th July – the corps day.

Continuing a tradition of one hundred seventy-seven years, when the first staff doctor was appointed by a decree, which is the first official document on the work of the military medical corps, you prove to be an important factor in the support of the health system, both in the defence system and the Serbian Armed Forces and in the state.

By very successful results in the prevention and treatment of members of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Serbian citizens, you have gained an excellent reputation in our country, while as members of peacekeeping missions under the auspices of the United Nations and the European Union, you are contributing with your work to the increase in reputation of our country in the world.

Wishing you to achieve excellent results in the field of medicine in the forthcoming period and thus contribute to the development of logistics services of the Serbian Armed Forces, I congratulate you on your feast.
