New issue of "ODBRANA"
A truth, depending on the angle we look at it from, can take on different forms. Njegos wrote long ago that the one on the hill can see more and farther than those below him. In an interview with General Ljubisa Dikovic, we tried to figure out whether the top management of the defence system views the problems and challenges like those at the bottom of the pyramid. Does the "first" soldier know the torments of the "last" one in the ranks and what does he do to make them easier?
