More than 30 dead and about 250 wounded is the result of two terrorist attacks on Brussels, the capital of Belgium, but also of the European Union. Although the attack was carried out just a few days after the arrest of Saleh Abdeslam, one of the main suspects for the tragedy in Paris in November 2015, there is no terrorism expert who could say with certainty whether it was a revenge for the arrest of this former, Belgian petty criminal originating from Morocco, who has religiously radicalized since then, or an already planned attack whose performance was only accelerated by the arrest of a coordinator of events in the City of Light.
