Leadership skills development course opened





Leadership skills development course, organized by the Department for the development of psychological activities of the Human Resources Sector of the Ministry of Defence, started today with a module "Self-assessment of personal leadership style" at the premises of the Material Resources Department.

The training is organized in the form of psychological workshops and is intended for leaders at different levels from the Ministry of Defence. In the next five weeks, once a week, 12 students will have opportunity to improve the leadership skills working in groups, exchanging experiences and reviewing good practices.

According to the course leader and a lecturer, psychologist Dusan Malesevic from the Group for the development and coordination of psychological activities, the aim of the course is to train employees in the leadership skills necessary in all aspects of human resource management.

Through workshops, group exercises and discussions, during the course, which consists of five modules, participants will have the opportunity to be educated in the field of self-assessment of the personal leadership style, team management, motivation and employee development, stress management and conflict management, as well as change management.
