Meeting of the Scientific Research Council





The Scientific Research Council in the Ministry of Defence, as a professional and advisory body to the Minister of Defence, which considers the scientific research issues in the field of defence, held today its tenth session.

At the session, which was chaired by the President of the Council, State Secretary Zoran Djordjevic, the issues concerning the improvement of the status of military scientific research institutions and scientific research personnel in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces were discussed.

Members of the Council were introduced to the information on the establishment of a single registry on cooperation among the military scientific research institutions and other institutions in the country and abroad, which is kept at the Strategic Planning Department of the Defence Policy Sector. The session also adopted the Annual Work Plan of the Council for 2016.
