New Year's reception of the Pubic Relations Department

On the occasion of New Year and Christmas holidays, the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defence organized tonight in the Central Military Club the traditional reception for the media representatives that had reported on the defence system during the year.

The ceremony was attended by State Secretaries in the Ministry of Defence Zoran Djordjevic and Nenad Neric and Chief of General Staff General Ljubisa Dikovic.

Welcoming the guests, Head of the Public Relations Department Navy Captain Petar Boskovic thanked the editors, reporters, photographers and cameramen of various media for their cooperation in this past and last years. He recalled that the year behind us had not been easy for the defence system, but that was nevertheless marked by exceptional results and achievements.

- I wish that in the New Year you are safe with the defence system as well, and that we work together as well as we have so far, Captain Boskovic said, wishing the guests happiness in their personal and family life in 2016.

At evening's ceremony, which was graced with a performance of the Old hat orchestra, guests had the opportunity to watch a short film about the achievements of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces in the ending year.
