Workshop on operation and maintenance of military memorials and military museums



Workshop on the operation and maintenance of war memorials and military museum organized by the Department for Tradition, Standard and Veterans, Ministry of Defence, in cooperation with the Bureau for Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX) of the Directorate for Enlargement of the European Commission, has been held today.

Speakers at the workshop, facilitated by Colonel Dragan Milkovic, Head of the Department for Culture, Tradition and Veterans, were experts from the countries of the European Union.

Knowledge gained on the functioning of the military museums and maintaining of memorials in the EU member countries will be applied in the further development of this field in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
