Joint session of the Collegium of the Minister of Defence and the Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces

In the Nis barracks "Knjaz Mihailo", today, a joint session of the Collegium of the Minister of Defence and the Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces was held. At the session, the results of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces in 2015 were analysed and it was concluded that the goals set for this year have been achieved. The proposed Development and Acquisition Plan for the Armed Forces in 2016 was presented and guidelines for planning in the next year, in line with budget for 2016, were discussed. In the part of the operating costs, the budget for the year 2016 is restrictive; in the part for investments it is developmental, while, in the part of the personnel costs, it has a social character.

After the meeting, participants in the Joint Collegium, inspected the company for training of dog handlers, breeding and training of dogs and company for medical service training of the Centre for Logistics Training and got acquainted with working conditions in these units.
